The Ritual de Terra winery is directed by the person who for many years has been Nazario’s right hand in the room, the sommelier and executive director of the room, Edurne Martín. The wine list is made up of more than 80 references with the same vocation of traveling through the Mediterranean, with labels that bring us closer to the land and to forms of traditional viticulture, among which the different D.O of the Valencian Community stand out.
