To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please review the following information regarding your stay in the Residences at Ritual de Terra:
Housekeeping & Services
Breakfast and daily cleaning service are not included in Residence stays.
Optional services are available upon request:
Fresh towels: €15
Sheet change: €25
Full residence cleaning: €70
Pets
Pets are welcome with a refundable deposit and an additional fee of €25 per pet, per day.
Water Conservation
Water is our most precious resource. For the sake of the environment, please be mindful of your water usage, especially when showering or bathing.
Decor & Room Items
If you are interested in any decorative items or products within your residence, please contact Reception. Charges will be applied directly to your room unless previously confirmed.
Respect & Tranquility
Ritual de Terra is a space dedicated to rest and wellness. To respect our community of guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum and refrain from hosting parties in the residences.
Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A €250 fine will be applied for non-compliance.
Restaurant & Spa Payments
All payments at the hotel’s restaurants and spa must be made via cash or credit card. Charges cannot be billed to the residence.
