Check-Out Policy
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Use of the apartment after this time is available upon request on the day of departure (subject to availability) at an additional charge of €25 per hour. For guests checking out after 11:30 AM without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night.

Cancellation Policy
Payment for the stay must be made upon arrival at the hotel or before arrival. If the guest decides to leave the apartment before the scheduled departure date, NO refund will be issued for unused nights.

Non-Refundable Rate

This rate does not allow cancellations or modifications. The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Additional Information

SERVICES: The apartments are independently managed and do not include any of the hotel’s services. These must be booked and paid for separately, if desired.

CLEANING: Apartments do not include cleaning services. If cleaning is desired, it must be booked at least one day in advance. Full cleaning service costs €70, bed linen change €25, and towel replacement €15. Upon arrival, a complimentary starter cleaning kit will be provided to make your first days more comfortable. Any additional supplies must be managed by the guest.

WASTE: The guest is fully responsible for waste disposal during their stay. Waste must not be left inside or around the apartments; doing so may result in a penalty depending on the damage and/or inconvenience caused.

BREAKFAST & SPA: These services are not included during the stay. Advance notice and reservation are recommended to ensure availability.

Please note that smoking is not allowed. Any damage, additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from violation of this policy will be charged to the guest’s main bill.

POOL TOWEL POLICY: The hotel provides pool towels with a €15 deposit per towel. Towels may not be taken off the hotel premises. Guests will be given tickets redeemable for towels.

PARKING & PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION: The hotel has its own parking spaces. Guests with vehicles may use them. For the apartments, specific spots are assigned. Directions will be provided at reception.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: Ritual de Terra Hotel is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is allowed only on private terraces or in designated hotel areas. Please request an ashtray at reception. Failure to comply will incur a €250 penalty.

SAFETY POLICY:

• Children under 12: Must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Noise and Behavior: The hotel reserves the right to judge and request corrective action.

• Compliance: All guests must follow hotel rules, signage, and staff recommendations.

• CCTV: The hotel is equipped with CCTV in public areas.

LUGGAGE ROOM: The hotel offers a secure luggage storage room. Please request assistance at reception. Bags, wallets, and valuables will not be accepted for storage.

LOST & FOUND POLICY: The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Recovered items will be logged and an attempt made to contact the guest. Unclaimed items after 30 days will be donated or discarded.

COMPLAINTS, LIABILITY, & DAMAGE POLICY:

• Comments or Complaints: Please contact reception immediately for resolution.

• Hotel Liability: Limited to the reservation value, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by hotel negligence.

• Third-Party Responsibility: The hotel does not assume responsibility for services provided by third parties.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PAYMENT:

• Payment for Stay: Upon arrival at the hotel.

• Rates and Currency: Quoted and processed in EUR. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Maestro.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:

• Evacuation Plans: Located on the back of each room door, near elevators, and in public areas. The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors and fire alarm systems. Fire extinguishers are available on each floor. In case of fire or smoke, contact reception and exit the building.
