To ensure your well-being and to allow you to enjoy our facilities at your leisure, we recommend that you arrive at your appointment 30 minutes before your booking.
If you are late for your appointment, we may be forced to reduce the time of your treatment, so as not to inconvenience our other clients.
If you need to cancel your booking with us, please let us know 24 hours in advance. If treatments are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, there will be a charge of 100% of the value of the treatment.
